To answer my own question: other than DMing, I'm a player in two d&d #5e campaigns.
In the other, I play a halfling warlock named Perkin Oldbuck. His patron is The Undying Court of elves, who saved him after he and his friends were captured by cultists of the Blood of Vol. He comes from a small town and got arranged marriaged to my fiancee's character, a cute halfling monk. We'll see if the odd couple work out. :3

Leaf on the Wind, my gay as the nine hells Tabaxi Rogue. Seen in my profile pic. She's kinda reckless and rushes headlong into bad situations. Terrified of dogs and water. Good at climbing up the party's tallest member to avoid such things.
I'm also playing My, short for Mystra, who is a trans half-elf wizard, huge book nerd, and just the textbook definition of adorkable. But also able to bend the laws of the universe to her whim

ossifog@BoxFive I'm playing as Maya Sunders, a revived cryosleeper whose modus operandi is trying to lie her way out of bad situations, failing hard, then punching her way out. She's also down an arm due to a parasitic "slave collar" wristband and up a cool prosthetic that can electrocute people.
Also, her opinion of high cuisine is anything that comes out of a blender.

He's a messenger boy who a conniving sort tried to train to be a spy, but when he realized what was going on, he noped the heck out of that. So he's observant as heckity, but doesn't want to DO anything with it.

@BoxFive I'm in a Star Wars SAGA campaign playing Kizri Andrim, a corporate heir on the run from her past. Her family bet against the Empire and hid assets under her name, and paid the price for their defiance. She's broke and her family's dead and she just bought a pet Magnaguard named Maggie because dammit she was filthy rich once and she's gonna be filthy rich again. If she survives the task of finding a new base for the Rebels after Yavin 4.

Countless Screaming Argonauts@BoxFive In one game, I'm currently playing "Asimov" (not his real name), a one handed professional gambler on the run across multiple parallel universes, who constructs complex schemes to rig games of chance, based on secret messages he decoded out of paperback science fiction novels. He killed the bookies he owed money to, but now he keeps finding their alternate universe doubles, who all think he owes them money as well.
@BoxFive In another game, I'm playing Talida, a cheerfully fatalistic pirate who was sentenced to death and executed. But the goddess of death spared her, so now she kills anything that would disrupt the natural cycle of life and death.
And also Roov, a goblin file clerk who falsified company documents to reclassify himself as an adventurer. He just wanted the respect from his family and from one goblin down in Demihuman Resources. But fieldwork proved to be more dangerous than he thought.

dollsAbout to start a new campaign and we are supposed to make characters this weekend! I can’t decide who I want to play yet. I kind of want to stay away from healing this time around because that’s usually what I do. I’m really into elves right now so probably some kind of elf but now everyone is posting lovely tiefling art all over the place and I love them too. So many choices!
