#introduction
Hey guys!! I'm brand new to mastodon, so i'm still learning the ropes buuut...
I'm Sarah, a laborer, who sometimes does art.
I've been gming a homebrew 5e game with friends for a couple of years now, and been a player here and there for some years before that.
I play tons of video games other than that, mostly on PC, PS, and nintendo. Love RPGs and stupid phone games.
Looking forward to being in this community!! :D

We've banned her from the table for both dice and map crimes (she LOVES to lay on the mat we lay out for figs).
I'm definitely missing a d10 from my set because of her.

Our kitter at home also had to be kept off the gaming table because she'd chew on minis, which is really not good in a house full of people who like to paint them.

Ahaha, oh man. Yeah, that could be super problematic. My cat batted at the minis, but mostly she just wanted to lay down and cover every paper and disrupt carefully laid battle formations (which consisted of: warlock ends up in front with tanky pally in the back. EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL)

@aerodromes @daisy_todd oh my gosh, that's our battles too! My warlock has almost died nearly every fight we have 'cause I always end up in front, with the fighter hiding somewhere behind me.

That's happened to our warlock so many times.... ahaha. I feel so bad whenever I throw stuff at them because of it.
But he does it to himself bc he's always the one who rushes in, like a certain famous fighter

Honestly? The only bard who doesn't rush in i've ever encountered is my best friend. She just stays in the back and just summons a spiritual weapon and maybe (MAYBE) uses a healing spell.

@aerodromes @raven_in_winter Yeah, idk why but bards just keep running into the front of battle. It's like "FAM!!! Please! You are the healer! The party will die if you go down!"

@daisy_todd we all went to pick magical flowers. Warlock and Rogue ended up fighting lizard people for a few of the flowers. Fighter leaves to find more flowers with cleric following. Fighter and cleric pick more flowers, turn around and come literally face to face with a basilisk. Fighter fails con save. Instant stone. Cleric almost fails and starts turning to stone. Rogue and Warlock run up just in time to save the cleric.
We were in tears laughing at the end of that ridiculousness
