I'd not come across Tom Naughton before tonight. My other half was laughing out loud with her headphones on. I asked her what was so funny, she showed me the video.
I also liked that he didn't push a particular eating regime. Instead he focused on how elites try to control the message.
I've not read any of the books he mentioned. The Wisdom of Crowds & The Vision of the Anointed both sound interesting. I wasn't sure if the 2nd book was critical or supportive of the anointed.

Division of labour in our household. My other half is really into researching food & health, she tells me all about it, we debate. I then make the food. I don't follow any blogs, just pick up stuff from my OH.
I consider our diet to be LCHF. I can't say keto, as that requires measurement, which we don't do.

Ha! The same division of labour exists in our household; I am the researcher.
I dont count macronutrients anymore, so you might call my diet Lazy Keto. Or LCHF. There are a number of labels that fit.

We work on rough rules of thumb. Green leafy veg in biggish quantities, small amounts of veg like onions and rice, pasta, bread, potatoes etc. are complete no-nos. Loads of fat, of course. I just consider it too time consuming to count everything. That's why I describe it as LCHF, too.
Neither of us have weight or health problems (that we know about).
