#Minecraft progress on my mesa ocean house. Yes, those banks of underwater windows were a huge pain to put in.
@Wsteria  !!!!!! THIS IS AMAZING
@InspectorCaracal I think it might be my favorite base I've ever made. It's so stylish, expandable, and the water outside the windows is so peaceful. I'm working on a level with an archery range, a couple mob grinders, and a dog kennel.
@Wsteria what's a mob grinder?
@InspectorCaracal Basically it's a dark room where you deliberately set it up to have monsters spawn, then you drop them into cacti or lava or something and harvest them for parts. >.> I've never made them, but they're apparently lucrative if you want far more bones than you'll ever need?

@Wsteria ooh, interesting!

I play on peaceful but that sounds like an efficient way to kill things. I need to start looking into ways to streamline farming, myself~

@InspectorCaracal I vary between peaceful and normal depending on my mood. Like right now I'm on peaceful because the nether is stressful enough without monsters.
I fell into a lava ocean. I nearly died. T.T
@InspectorCaracal I just want a nether fortress so I can grow weird mushrooms, is that so much to ask.
@Wsteria I've never actually made it into the Nether at all >.>
@InspectorCaracal It's... red? There is a lot of lava.
I recently realized I could smelt a Lot of stuff with a bucket of lava. Buckets of lava are not... completely... terrifying? Now?
Mostly I'm enjoying mucking around on peaceful in there mining quartz. It gives lots of enchanting XP and also pretty white blocks for building.
I want a white sorcerer's tower.
@Wsteria oooo that'll look great :D
