Last night, we replaced a piece of hardware in everyone's classroom with an updated version of the same thing that works in exactly the same way and doesn't require any new procedures or processes from the user, at all. Everything is exactly the same from the user standpoint.

So of course we've got half a dozen people who can't figure out how to do the same thing in the same way they've been doing for years.
