My uncle ordered sausage, pepperoni, and pineapple on a pizza.
I can't believe someone would order pineapple without ham.

@Estrusflask also always say italian sausage, because every once in a while you'll be served garbage pizza if you don't.

@Estrusflask mmm, pineapple and ham/Canadian bacon is good. I love how the ham crisps up a little, but not to the degree that pepperoni does.
