Pro-tip: If you tell someone you're going to do something for them by a certain date, and then it turns out you can't do it by that date, TELL THEM SO THEY CAN FIGURE SOMETHING ELSE OUT. DON'T JUST NOT DO THE THING AND LET THEM CONTINUE TO THINK YOU ARE TOTALLY DOING THE THING.
