I'm very off schedule for mealtime (the locals are likely having their fifth coffee of the day, along with a cigarette.) But I let the sauce go longer.

The meatball thing is a seasoned veal "hamburger" from the butcher. I plumped up the shape so they wouldn't fall apart in the sauce. (I've got another for tomorrow.)

The sauce is from a jar, to which I added onions and mushrooms.
