I am interested in chaordic organizations. Organizations that exist at the edge of chaos and order, that are self-adaptive to change.

@Manuela, Apparently I made the impression that I wanted to make things fail. I don't. It's just that I grew very suspicious of mostly spiritual approaches (I think they're impotent), and I'm not convinced anti-anything is going to get us anywhere. Any (partial) solution will have to be inclusive: technology, and forms of organization. It will have to work for everyone, a few separatistic communities are not going to help.
