What's your #VR killer app or game right now? Which VR device do you like the best?

The market still seems incredibly fragmented, for better or worse...

@fribbledom I bought a Rift when the price dropped to US$400. I'm not crazy about the Facebook thing, but I find the controllers to be much more comfortable than the Vive wands, and the price tag was hard to beat.

As far as killer apps are concerned: Beat Saber, Elite: Dangerous, and Robo Recall are probably my top three, with Lone Echo being a close fourth. From Other Suns is a fun co-op experience as well, though it's kind of buggy at times.

@fribbledom Something tied to music (taking advantage of low latency) so Rez Infinite or Thumper are my killer games.
Really like how the PSVR sits on my head but PS4 doesn't really have the grunt of a nice PC.
Would love to test a Vive Pro.

@fribbledom I like Skyrim on the PSVR (way better sales) and having a blast with Super Hot on the PC with my Lenovo set (again those sales)

I wish I could use the PSVR set with the Windows controllers on the PC. The PSVR wands aren't bad but no stick while the Windows has a stick and touchpad on each hand

@fribbledom I have a Windows Mixed Reality, so I guess I'm loyal to that? Someone got it as a gift.

It fits over my glasses, sort of nice. However because it's snug it'll push them against my face and majorly smudge them.

As for games/apps, I'm still looking for one.

@fribbledom I'm really surprised that no one here mentioned an app called "BigScreen"; silly name but it looks amazing.

It's not a game; it's more "productivity" based. I can see virtual workforces using this in the future.

@fribbledom
We have a HTC Vive and some 3Dof devices.
I like beat saber the most at the moment.
@fribbledom I really like Job Simulator on the Vive, Super Hot is brilliant too!

@patcat

I've just checked out SuperHot today! Boy oh boy, does that game get you immersed into the action!

#sweatyhands

@fribbledom @patcat Super Hot is one of the few VR things I find exciting. I've played some of it on the desktop (admittedly, I'm not great at it), and it seems like it'd be incredible in VR
@shadowfacts @fribbledom You definitely need to give it a go in VR! It works perfectly for that medium!
@fribbledom Yeah it's amazing, so much fun... super addictive too.
@fribbledom I have a vive which I got after a oculus DK2 (which sold me on vr.) Beat Saber, H3vr, rez, superhot and superhypercube are my favorite experiences atm.
@fribbledom I definitely is and while it's generating some interesting stuff it's making support a nightmare story for devs.
That being said, A Township Tale is showing huge promise as a small-server multiplayer RPG experience. Audioshield and Beat Saber are currently pushing units. And of course, Vivecraft is just the way to experience vanilla Minecraft right now IMO
