I am interested in chaordic organizations. Organizations that exist at the edge of chaos and order, that are self-adaptive to change.

I designed a Berlin and San Francisco based program: the Collaboration Incubator. We are experimenting with building a chaordic network based on #socialtechnologies like #dragondreaming, #presencing and #commoning

#socialcoop folks, please join us.

@Manuela, your dragon book reminds me of various techniques for agile software development. I've seen teams of at most 10 people able to be productive in SE. I've also seen discussion groups kept sane by maybe up to 100 helpers, after some genius or very few people massaged support culture into the group's awareness. That is, someone came by and added structure, e.g. an FAQ or demonstrated certain behaviour.
