Today’s lunch, from the lazy man’s garden.
Zucchini flowers, fried in olive oil, with eggs broken over them. Diced zucchini fried with salt and pepper and cooked rigatoni noodles. Dusted with Parmesan and broiled until just-crispy. Plated on a Kathy Winkel design plate. Beautiful. Local. Yummy!
