This is a Yellow-billed Babbler. He is no doubt looking cranky because, he enjoys a good chat with his friends as much as the next guy, but it's nothing compared to the constant shrieking of the Peafowl or the brain-piercing frequencies that the common Myna are constantly letting loose with.
