Ugh I don't know if I've pulled a muscle on the bottom of my right ribcage or cracked a rib with my forceful hacking cough. Even bending over is sharply painful and coughing is agony. It's in a funny place where I can't brace against the rib motion

That and bad sinus/ear congestion are what's left of my week-long illness. I guess I should be thankful
