It might seem extreme and can sound a bit crotchety, but I think we need to value our un-tech time more than we currently do. The current downfall of social media has really highlighted how much control it exerts over our day to day lives through manipulation.

I'm not saying that social media doesn't have a place (I am here on #Mastodon after all) but when, where, and how we engage with it should change, and I'm hoping that this #untech process will help me explore what that future is.
