Update: Ok, there is some buzz on https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/commits/main/
Twitter Bootstrap is definitely not considered the cool kid on the block anymore. But, it has served me very well over the years. So, now I am in the process of migrating Contextualise from version 4.6 to version 5.2.3 (the latest stable version).

Unsure.
Their whole #TwitterBootstrap initiative was fairly successful in redefining how #websites were put together.
We are still trying to get some basic functionality on the #Fediverse over #Tor, like the ability to edit posts and post a profile image - even #Facebook have a #privacy service.
