Sanae takes great care of cultivating the atmosphere of his café. After all, he wants the Players to relax enough to think, and to thrive.
He makes warm drinks and comfort food, as well as hot pumpkin soup and bouillabaisse. He smiles, as kind as he can, maybe a bit teasing, to put people at ease.
It doesn't always work. The Game doesn't leave much space for warmth and breathing. But every Player walking out with less tension is a victory.
