En la parte alta de la bella localidad de #Torazu #Cabranes #Asturias, cerca de la iglesia, se encuentra esta casa indiana fechada en 1917 mandada hacer por Salvador Préstamo y su esposa María Fernández, emigrantes en Cuba. Semejanzas con la “Casa Nareu” y la de S. Facundo hace suponer que el constructor fue el mismo.
