My kids recently rewatched Avatar: the Last Airbender and finished it yesterday. I didn't catch every episode, but were there any scenes where a character dies on screen or as a result of on screen injuries? I didn't notice a single death, even of a minor character. (Not including things in flashbacks like Katara's mother, past avatars, the air tribe, etc)
