For anyone who hasn't seen it, here is a video of Adam Savage at Third Man Records in Detroit, learning the process of what is known as the Blue Series. You record in the front (within the retail store), it gets processed in the middle, and there's a record pressing plant in the back of the building. Adam records a song and is guided through the whole process

When I was in London, a few weeks back, I was in Third Man Records and they were playing #EssentialTremors, I had no clue what it was and asked. Picked up the 12” on #ThirdMan. Did some digging when I got home and found this album. Sounds like prime era #GaryNuman meets #Suicide meets #JoyDivision. Sure it’s not as great as those but it’s a fun listen. Not #Bandcamp Friday so I’m helping keep the lights on there.
