Backstory:
I learned to snap my fingers at age 9 and soon found that by varying the positions of my index and baby fingers, I could cover a couple of octaves and play a tune.
Quirky finding:
I discovered and confirmed to my satisfaction that my left hand could hit a note more precisely than my right hand. Eventually, the theorist in me concluded my brain’s right hemisphere was superior in executing a finger snap at a particular frequency.
