I'm rereading the Invisibles for the .... 10th time???
It's one of the most impactful books I have ever read.
It's dense, insane, smart, insane, weird, mind-blowing, mind-bending, and many many more things.

There's some shit happening in this book, I'm telling you. There are things that you can't unsee. Thoughts you can't unthink.

And yet, the two pages that live rent-free in my head are some of the simplest (in appearance), they take place in one of the episodes with the least action, where the characters are mostly chilling (calm before the storm style).

I find them so moving and so touching. When you see them, you probably won't understand what's happening. You really only understand later.
