It took me forever to find this submission for #spookysaturday but from deep in the archives I present this abandoned ride on Guam. The strangest "amusement" park you've ever seen, a few defunct rides for kids including a haunted cave, an NSFW sculpture garden "Love Land" adults only, and the sketchiest gondola down to a series of waterfalls that I shouldn't have trusted with my life, but did on two occasions.
This is Talo'fo'fo Falls - also the home of the Japanese soldier that remained hidden for decades following the end of WWII not knowing the war was over. Maybe one of the most interesting places in the world, tucked away in the jungle while seemingly on the verge of bankruptcy.
