Basically, a #GhostKitchen doing multiple brands from one location just isn't common if not illegal in #Germany as they all need to have an actual, #LegalAdress and be located on premises that are up to code.
Plus the #overhead of having to #setup multiple businesses and do #accounting just make it not worth the trouble to do so in #Germany.
- Added to the fact that #landlords ban #subleases and that any #business will require a "Lease Confirmation" or contract just to get started AND that food prices in Germany are way lower and more competitive than the #USA and it's clear that like with "#VirtualOffices" every #TaxAuditor will raise their eyebrows amidst such concepts aimed at obfuscating ownership, revenue streams and their proliferation for #TaxFraud and #MoneyLaundering...
