I am grateful for friends

I’m having an extra rough day today. So when my shopping arrived I was super grateful to have two friends who brought it in and put it away for me.

That said, I woke up unable to turn my head all the way left, nor touch my left ear to my left shoulder.

And my heating pad isn't helping.
And my period started this morning.
And its a full moon.

I'm going to go curl up in a ball and cry... facing to the right.
