So I just finished the finale of #WonderfulPrecure and I must say, this show is Hana Nono approved. It even ends with a big group hug. If I'm being honest, I didn't enjoy this one as much as previous #Precure shows, but I also never had to really force myself to watch it as I did during a portion of #TropicalRougePrecure where it felt like absolutely nothing was happening.
Speaking of Hugtto, a friend whose opinions I respect (and who got me into precure in the first place) called Wonderful "the best since Hugtto" -- and for him Hugtto is peak Precure (I agree).
As I mentioned before, specifically in Mayu's case I think the writing could've been better, her transformation into ultra-shipper seemed rather jarring. Meanwhile Yuki felt much more earned in her turnaround. But Komugi and Iroha are still just Komugi and Iroha.
This was destined to be a "redeem all villains" show from the start and the ending was exactly what you'd expect from a Precure show. (Now contrast with #startwinkleprecure which tried the same and utterly failed because its villains were so terrible.) This was a good solid ending. Now if only Precure would go back to having the next lead actually active in the episode itself (ala Hana in A La Mode).
Anyway enjoy this screencaps of Redemption Cure Yell-style, Wan-derful, and yeah, Mayu doesn't know what an idol is. Lucky her.

Moved to Finally made my first Precure fanart! Started with Cure Milky because she has a cool design and is a cool character (and Star Twinkle is my fav season) but I just also like the particular blueish greens that were used for her design!
