Returning to my novel this week, and I'm trying to wrangle the very complicated and unorthodox plot structure while making the thing readable. I've turned to The Snowflake Method for help. I read the book ages ago but haven't really used it until now. I do think it has a lot to offer!
One of the advantages is that TSM is quite modular so I think I might be able to circuit-bend it to fit my unusual context. I hope so.

If you try to track it, them sharing each other's pieces of code and features might turn into a snowflake. 😅
Maybe to produce a good software (or sets of it) the Snowflake Method is also the best in software development, not just in writing fiction. 🤔

Damit soll es auch mäßig talentierten Schreiberlingen (wie zB mir) gelingen, einen Roman zu plotten.
Man formuliert die Prämisse des Romans in einem Satz, erweitert diesen und fügt nach und nach weitere Elemente, Strukturen, Charaktere hinzu, bis der Roman fertig geplottet ist.
nachdem ich nun mit ChatGPT herumgespielt habe, finde ich die KI könnte beim Schreiben ein guter Braimstorming Partner sein.

This is a great tool for writers, with many similarities to #Scrivener. It is not quite as polished, but is free software, and is compatible with Linux (as well as Mac and Windows).
It really helps to design stories using the Snowflake Method. You separate your story into scenes, have a timeline feature available, character editing, scene editing, and more.
