Twenty years ago today, I shot this clip of Mike Doughty at the High Noon Saloon in #Madison. It was his second show there in about seven months, but this was a "solo" gig – just him and his bass player, Scrap Livingston. Like the previous show, great showmanship highlighting what an excellent record his first solo LP was.
