One of the MOST annoying things about Slack is it's on-going insistence that I should allow it to interrupt me. "Enable desktop notifications" it whinges every time I log on. And every time I click "No" it asks whether it should remind me later, or not, or "Never again on this computer."

And EVERY time I click on "Never again".

To no avail. It *will* ask me again next time round.

Nothing more than intentional fuckery, a dark pattern. Because Slack WANTS to be in my face. #SlackSucks #Slack
