This page from my adaptation of Macbeth isn't a specific scene, it's a marker to indicate the start of Act IV, but it's one of my fav pieces. It foreshadows the extended bird metaphor that'll happen in scenes 2 and 3 and references The Tower tarot card. #macbeth #shakespeare #shakespeareadaptation

This page of my Macbeth adaptation is brief respite from the medieval art references; instead it's a William Blake reference. He always creates excellent Terrible King imagery. The art itself is drawn on top of a Victorian analysis of Lady Macbeth - How many thousands of words have been written about her over the centuries?? About who she is and what she wanted?? I'm just part of a long line of people fascinated by her.
