Bread baking today - trying a new flour (new to me) ~ Organic Light Malthouse Flour, from Shipton Mill.
First one cooling down and second in the oven.
2nd loaf is baked. Both looking scrummy!
Todays 1st loaf is out and cooling! That’s lunch sorted.
Just caught the lip so the 2nd loaf will come out a bit quicker.
