Penn State faculty vote to form union

More than 2,500 Penn State faculty voted in favor of forming a union, which the university has recognized as a "clear majority" of those who voted.

My amazing faculty colleagues at The Pennsylvania State University have just WON our vote to form a labor union!

The vote was historic: the biggest vote in education in Pennsylvania history. Now 5,000 plus of us are part of SEIU local 668!

Initial reports are that we won with 75% of the vote. Three to one.
