Glad to hear SB213 is moving forward. I spoke at the hearing in the State House in favor of supporting ADU's and transit oriented development. People in Boulder and Colorado need affordable, accessible, and attainable places to live!

Shout out to Boulder's mayor who was one of the few not to oppose #SB213 in its og form. Would respectfully suggest that nothing precludes Boulder from rezoning accordingly, especially ending single family zoning as progressive cities across America have.

Hate to say it, but these two are right. Without a provision that removes the local control that segregationist cities like Boulder have used to push CO into a housing crisis, #SB213 is just not worth passing. Like we in CA did after SB827, proponents should just start over.
