The Kills - Live at Electric Lady Studios

15 years after their first live performance, VV and Hotel recorded this set at Electric Lady. And, given I previously played "Female Vocalist" preceded by "Electric Folk Blues", this seemed like an ideal combination.

It's appeared previously (back in February), so no sense repeating, but it's a great set. Just love the sound of the Kills in general.

#NowPlaying / #NowSpinning a #RSD2018 3LP release of #DavidBowie's June 30 & July 1, 1978 stay at the Earl's Court in London.

It's amazing how he managed to integrate his glam rock numbers into his 1978 style, which had changed a lot by then. Adrian Belew does a perfect job on this!
