The United States has had some really bad Supreme Courts. I ask historians, legal experts, and the People, Is the John Roberts Supreme Court likely the worst ever.
The above is copied and pasted from my Facebook post, which I submitted hoping to get a question about this court's place in history out there as far as possible. Clarence "Appearance of Impropriety" Thomas showed, all by himself, that the Roberts court can go either way on whether to meet professional and ethical standards. The presidential immunity ruling, among others, shows that the court is willing and maybe even eager to go well outside its constitutional authority to LEGISLATE law. The lawless Roberts Supreme Court is a disgrace to nation and it is a major letdown for the People.

Our Declaration of Independence says,
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
The Trump Reich majority on the Roberts Supreme Court has shown a lack of interest in, if not perfect contempt for, the word, "Life," in this passage; and they are systematically legislating a constitutional right to gun violence.
The Supreme Court is determined to give Americans government they don't want and to shove it down their throats.
