We're just over a year into the assault. It's a siege on democracy and truth and human dignity/decency. There's no reason to think it will end soon. Probably it will intensify on the way to the November midterms.
Let's think in terms of sustainability. Mobilizing for the long haul. Doing what we can without inviting burnout and numbness.
They're coming at us every moment of every day. Swift mobilization matters, but so too do endurance and resilience.

If Trump loved the uneducated, as he once claimed, he would invest in their health and uplift and in the public resources that support these.
But he doesn’t love the uneducated. Only the votes they may throw his way.
He wants subjects rather than citizens, and his policies are designed to keep us ignorant, downtrodden, and dis-spirited.
And, most of all, obedient.
