Eggs now in different baskets.Years ago I suggested in jest to a member of staff at our local day care that they could teach the children how to make breakfast.
At the time, with pre-school children the idea of staying in bed even just a half hour longer in the morning was an dream that could not be fulfilled.
Roll on several years.
"We're making waffles for breakfast" rang in my ears as the junior members of the family tumbled down the stairs this morning.
