For the first time in over thirty years, the #road in the #culdesac I live on has been #repaved.

Which is great, except I wasn't at home (just before noon) when the repaving started, therefore I couldn't go home (in my car at least) until AFTER 2100 HOURS.

Even THEN, the #roadworker asked me "to park my car and wait."

Four times over nine hours, I was asked to park my car and wait, so I finally parked... In the middle of the road.
