Have I mentioned recently that we are more dependent on technology infrastructure and tools than ever? For remote work it is absolutely essential to treat your IT infrastructure seriously. Fast networks. Minimal dropouts. Ability to share screens and input devices. Ability to break out into groups. I’m sure there are others if I think more deeply.
