We will use a Riot chat room with Etherpad for note-taking and Jitsi for conferencing. (If we have bandwidth issues, I may switch us to Zoom (also very easy to use).

Intrigued by the notion of "lookers" or "reeves" who monitor the boundaries and use of a commons. This seems like a mutual accountability mechanism based on verification rather than a police function. #readingroup #derekwall #4thdesignfeature
