The Gentlemen ransomware gang has had a rough month, with its backend infrastructure hacked and leaked, and its leader doxxed.
Today was just one more embarrassment for them.
If you're a threat actor and are going to make a mistake when you email your ransom note to your victim, please note:
Emailing your ransom note to a journalist instead of to your victim is regrettable.
Including "KYS KYS KYS" in the email if you call yourself "The Gentlemen" is just rude.
Sending the journalist 10 copies of the email is..... well, reportable? ๐คฃ
