1oz Campari
1oz Taainagel Genever by van Wees
1 dash grapefruit bitters
1 lemon twist

For this occasion, I chose to celebrate with the taste that most reminds me of my roots: Mezzo e Mezzo, a typical aperitif from Bassano del Grappa.

1/2 Mezzo e Mezzo (blend of rhubarb liqueur & red vermouth) and 1/2 soda. Stir gently & serve with a lemon peel.

I opted for a Purple Sheeba: Peruvian pisco, butterfly pea syrup, violet liqueur, lime and egg whites 🌸
