OK, #cryptocurrency waffle ahead.
Last week I think Trump just started #polfi with cryptocurrency. TLDR, he endorsed a meme coin that went through the roof. Wonder how much of this was used to pay off any campaign or legal costs? Will this be a new revenue avenue going forward with our politicians? Not only will they chase your vote, but enable cash flow with an investment tool that has a low barrier of entry.
Guess we'll have to wait for another election to roll around. Won't happen in Australia this year. Both candidates haven't mentioned crypto in any banter just yet. Dutton would be the first I bet, he's parroting Trump hard right now to get on the big stage. Just my way of saying he doesn't have an original idea to date.
Which brings me to another point. Just noticed Vine (yes the former video sharing platform) has opened $Vine meme coin. This is a bit odd as Vine no longer exists, and to add; all proceeds from the token are being given to X (yes, the platform) "which has become a beacon for free speech and self expression."
