@bryanalexander @mzyw Nonzero. There were a few #POD22 goers who had set up on Mastodon, so I got a few reactions.

I also tweeted that I would be live-blogging the day on Mastodon, and that got some attention, I think from people who hadn’t taken a close look at Mastodon.

@bryanalexander @mzyw Amd I did during #POD22. It’s a good platform for it.

#pod22 #pod22seattle is done. Learned a lot!

Now it’s time to implement!

Have fun at #POD22Seattle! Wish I could be there with you! #POD22

Teaching and learning — the -ing is important — these are processes not products. We focus on processes.

Wonderful to have so many engaged participants today at our #POD22 session on “Decolonizing Academic Integrity.” The room was packed with nearly 100 people. Great to have so many people together talking about how we can do so much better with #academicintegrity.
I'm finding that the culture of not having many devices out plus two places to post has meant that I'm just not back channeling #POD22 #POD22Seattle at all. Am I the only one struggling?

Re: teaching observation

“One of the things that was happening on our campus before is people were just walking into a class, judging them, and walking out.”

No wonder faculty wary of peer observation.
