@ketanjoshi.co The ambiguities of percentages. Does this mean they missed their target by 7% of the target, i.e achieving 19.53% instead of 21%? That would class as a very good effort. Or does it mean they missed by 7 percentage points, achieving 14% instead of 21%. While much better than nothing this would be a lackluster effort.
