If based on the location of the instance, its fine. Ie. If an #organicsShop were to setup their own instance and they promoted their produce and friendly local businesses in their area, this is fine.

We don't even think that they need to be fully transparant about whether its helping them to keep the lights on or not. Hollywood and influencers blur the lines and are allowed to get away with not telling people. Of course, people can generally tell if something is not "#organic".
