There was someone of a particular type #OnHere who was very very mad and scoldy about the Internet Archive and talked all about how awful the state of archiving was and made no suggestions about groups one could join to help archive materials.

This is probably the sort of person who lets go with both barrels when someone suggests using Linux or leaving Instagram as a safety measure.

I'm saying this as someone who was yelled at on Fedi for not using Instagram because avoiding the sewage pipe was "privilege."
