This bill will presumably be heard by the senate soon, so now is the time to contact your state senator to urge a NO vote on this bill. Immigration is a federal not state issue.

Also, this legislation will invariably lead to racist profiling (any #Hispanic person in #Oklahoma would be subject to heightened scrutiny by law enforcement if this passes)

The legislation, aimed at addressing the illegal immigration crisis, creates the crime of impermissible occupation. Details include:

An apology isn't enough. State Rep. Justin Humphrey needs to resign for his unconstitutional attempt to enshrine racial and ethnic hatred into our state's laws.

As parents of two kids in an #Oklahoma private school, we've started receiving guidance on how to apply for taxpayer vouchers.

Since we're grotesquely unrepresented by elected people in this deep red state, we are preparing to use those vouchers to make hefty donations to abortion providers.
