An apology isn't enough. State Rep. Justin Humphrey needs to resign for his unconstitutional attempt to enshrine racial and ethnic hatred into our state's laws.

Also --- the Oklahoma Republican Party needs to take a stand on this. If they oppose Humprey's extreme racism, they should say so. The voters deserve to know where the party stands.
