The purpose of Pride Month isn't to have a parade filled with corporate rainbow floats, it's to support the existence of LGBTQIA+ people and prevent us living in a culture that helps legislation that would outlaw our existence to be written let alone enacted.

It's a safe bet to say that it's failing miserably.
